I think its funny.

I also don't think its Mischief... despite the dictionary defintion, mischief under the CCC is a property crime.
 
The chase scene is kind of funny and a little parcour (sp) would make it a bit more interesting. However if too many people did it it fringes on setting up a situation where it goes too far and someone gets hurt. Do what the Mounties do. Tazer the guy.
