So now that both MotoGP and WSBK seasons are done it's time to let speculation run rampant.

I think WSBK is going to be much more entertaining than MotoGP next year.
BMW has dropped out.
Lots of riders swapping teams and factories.

Thinking Marco Melandri is going to have a fantastic year on the Aprilia. Tom Sykes will be tough to beat for the championship now that he's figured out how to make tires last on the Kawasaki.

Thoughts?

I think the 2015 season will be the most interesting, since they're going to be moving towards more Stock-ish bikes. I think Kawi has it in the bag, unless Ducati pull something out of their ***. Honda is basically in a holding pattern until their V4 homologation special is released, Suzuki is getting new riders, so they aren't super likely to have a great start to the season (even if they sort it out by the end of the season), and Aprilia could go either way (they lost their top man to Ducati, and the new rules seem to be not in favour of their bike. Plus I don't care for the Melandri/Guintoli combo).

Is there a 2014 confirmed rider list? I've only found one and it only shows 10 confirmed riders.

I am leaning towards Sykes as well, but to be honest I'd not say they have it in the bag. Melandri on that Aprilia, look out folks. Could be something big.

Agree with SweetOnion.. Melandri will be tough to be beat riding the Ape (no, not his GF, who is after all, hot).

EBR (Erik Buell Racing) is entering this year too. Will be tough for them to meet the homolgamation rules with their limited production capacity. Can't see them doing well - after all, they did OK in AMA but nothing stellar, but it's good to see a small company stepping up.

From where? Just searching for torrent stuff or there's a better more organized place to get them from?

I'll PM you a link I've had some good luck with.

Also, it was close with the Aprilias this season, but they're going to have a harder time next season with the limited engine allocations.

Racingfor.me. Sorry I dont have any invites.

I already have an account, but I can't seed for too long, so I don't download stuff from there. Don't want to break my 1:1 ratio (0 download : 0 upload).

Edit: just tried it, said my account has been disabled. No wonder, last time I visited was 1-2 years ago.. anyways

Thanks again for the links!

I really like Sykes, and was very happy that he won this year. Next year I think he'll be hard to beat. I hope Jonathan Rae can stay uninjured and put up a good fight next year. Sylvain Guintoli should be up there too.

Wsbk it is way more entertaining than motogp in my opinion, i'm only hoping next year for Hopper (john hopkins) doing well after one year off in motor racing.

I agree. At least it has been for the last few years. Moto3 and Moto2 are also more entertaining, usually, than MotoGP.

He's doing BSB this year, not wsbk.

Wonder if Mr. McCormick will ever break into the ranks of WSBK again... even at a lower class (super stock or whatever) would be good....
