Yeah... and this particular offender isnt even the worst one that's been released in error.

There are a few possible reasons this happened... 'Most likely a paperwork issue either on the part of the courts or the institution.
Its even possible the offender wasn't even aware he was being released in error.
But... if he watches the news... he knows now Lol
