wow, thats a pretty creepy attempt at deterring riders

People are nuts! Remember the rider down at Warden and St Clair last year with the kite wire? I wonder what became of that investigation, u think they caught anyone?
 
I don't get it. This guy and two buddies go walking up to some teenagers with a bike and ask for a turn riding it? Then the middle aged woman gives him a dirty look?

Doesn't that sound strange to anyone?

What were the teenagers doing with the bike there in the first place, and why were the middle aged people standing there seeming to not mind the teenagers?
 
people put up wires to get rid of dirt bikers, atv riders and sledders... There are places I'll slow right down when I think there is the possibility for it.

I came across a website once, that was basically a "how to" for making traps that would not only kill a bike, but possibly kill a rider (such as shotgun shell "land mines"). From the peacefull green lovers.

I once got redirected in a mountain bike race into the middle of butt-**** nowhere..apparently the passive-agressive nutless greeners didn't like mountain bikes being allowed to use provincial parks...
