Yep, wouldn't go over well in my neighbourhood. I'm sure the neighbours don't even like it when I'm running the dirt bike to load it up in the truck or when I'm doing laps in the back yard to get the oil hot for an oil change.
Going way too fast and you're hard to see... However, I would probably find it pretty funny to see someone ripping around on a hello kitty bike.
