One of the stumbling blocks in the Ottawa fiasco was the presence of children and basically using them as self supplied hostages. The language I would like to use on those that did that would get me banned.
Is there a precedent for arrests for child endangerment for people that take children into events where there is the expectation of illegal activity? I envision lots of "Fail to comply" charges.
