I go back to comparing Putin to Hitler. Hitler never gave up and offed himself after months of retreat where thousands died needlessly.

It would be a fight to the death with a madman.

The only hope would be a comprimise where Putin gets a piece of Ukraine so he could say he won. Ukraine would get autonomy.
