so last season was my first and through my dad being an engineer i believed i got a sweet deal, before u ask, no i wasnt a secondary rider or anything like that, i am the owner, and only insured on my ninja 250 and i am 20 years old now.
what im wondering is why would i want to stay with MM now that i understand its only 8 month insurance? i never got my renewel in the mail allthough they claim to have sent it, my rate has gone up and i expect its because since i have that insurance for 8 months it has not been an entire year since i got my m2. i did the online quote and made it as if i had my m2 for a year and the quote worked out to $1650, but now i realize thats only covering 8 months, that the same money as getting a quote for 2400 and being able to ride 12 months of the year, i have called around and it looks like jevco is my best option for $2100, including fire and theft. im wondering if im missing something here? why do people go with MM for 8 months coverage when u can get similar rates and be covered for the whole year?
