Who's Fault Is It?

Even if a car decides to pull out into an intersection (to make left), I yield. I always yield to my own safety. In this case, the RIDER is a boob for passing on the blind side of that car.

A vigilant rider should treat signal lighting like a courtesy and never assume the way will be clear or the intent of the driver. How many times have you seen a driver not signal or signal incorrectly? Can you afford the injury that might become from assuming on this error?

Just today I had to swerve to avoid an oncoming driver who mistook my left-hand turn lane for their own. They had just passed through an intersection, so it should have been fairly obvious. Perhaps they are new to the country. hahaha. I've had to avoid oncoming in my lane around the Queens Park as well. And it was night time. I really feared the newbs that were following behind, but they all managed to swerve. Perhaps it helped that the driver slowed after noticing me. sheesh!

Um yea that's asking for it. Bad idea, and I don't think it's legal.

If a car is in the right lane, stopped or going very very very slowly, and signalling to turn right? How else would it be passed? It is the same as driving in the parking lane on streets like danforth.
