Why? It's a different country, different culture.

There are hardly any rules or laws in India/Pakistan. I visited India (I'm East Indian) and I used to take my uncle's Yamaha without telling anyone. I was 14 years old. No helmet, not a clue how to ride a bike, but I managed and it was.. normal.

I would never let a 14 year old do that here, but over there.. completely different World my friend. When you compare it to the west, it won't make sense.
