I have read various example letters of 11b challenges and they all seem to be pretty much the same. I was wonder about the addresses on the bottom of the letter as to whether they are city specific. I am making my challenge in the city of Hamilton.
Check your pm, I sent you an example that I used to successfully stay two tickets.
You will need to send copies of your 11b to both the Attorney General of Canada and Ontario. You will also need a completed Affidavit of Service Form 16B to show the courts at your Charter Challenge.
