I should add that the OP's situation is a little unique because his friend isn't living with him. How does the OP's friend get from her house to his house so that she can ride her bike? This will probably look suspicious to underwriting. In my first response, I thought this was a live-in girlfriend who still receives her mail at her parents' house. It's weird because she sometimes stays over for a couple days to weeks straight. Due to the weather being utter crap now she is mostly bumming her folk's car. Once it gets warmer, she uses the bike 99% of the time.
