I find turbodish, OpenGambit, and (at times...) TAFB share a decent amount of useful information but they all ended up getting whacked by the flaming banhammer. I think it has to do with being on GTAM too long, answering the same questions, and deciding to act like a smartass to new members as a result.
And then, there are the short term trolls like PSY and livinwithnofear that get banned within the first month (or days).

All that info is reliably available via google and the like but used mostly on gtam as dick swinging facsimilie. People should learn how to banter in good spirit. Will never happen here.
People should learn how to search this forum and its archives, even using Google. 70% of threads/questions are repeats from the previous year(s). Every single year the same questions come up. How hard is it to search before making a new thread??
Most of what TAFB says is pure rubish. The remaining 1% is simply regurgitated off the internet

I miss that guy actually. Poor dude went through a lot in his life. Definitely teaches you what NOT to do.
Gambit was bluntly factual and had little time for armchair quarterbacks. If you were legit with him he gave good advice but he wasn't going to re-publish the entire Canadian law library for you if you wanted to argue based on something you saw on an American TV drama.

I'm hoping for this too.
That guy must be jonesin right now...he spent a lot of time contributing here- and- like him or not- had pretty entertaining stories.
I highly doubt OG wants to come back. Unless you're talking about TAFB
I was talking about TAFB.. Wouldn't mind seeing OG back.. We got into some spats but he didn't come off as a bad sort, just a little nose up in the air, otherwise he meant well.
