Where to get this part (fuel hose)...?

I accidentally put some bad (really bad) fuel in my 86 Shadow 750. I ripped everything apart and sent the carb out to be cleaned. While putting things back together, some of the old hoses split. I replaced the main to aux tank vent hose no prob. But the main to aux tank fuel hose is a shaped hose. I ended up replacing it with a length of hose, but because it's not shaped, it was tough to get on without kinking. The bike runs fantastic now, but I really would like to get the proper OEM part.

Where can I get this OEM part? (number 5 in the diagram)

OEM dealer as in a Honda motorcycle shop. They can order it for you.

I called my local Honda guy, but he says it's 'discontinued'. If anyone has any contacts, please let me know.

If the correct part is no longer available, you can also look for a coil spring that is the same outside diameter and length of your hose. Putting the spring around the hose will prevent it from kinking. You could also put a spring inside the hose, but outside will work just fine.

maybe try bike bandit? www.bikebandit.com i think, might be wrong just google it. They have lots of stuff for older bikes and great parts diagrams.

If they don't have anything you could try bending a piece of hose to fit gently using a little bit of heat to soften the rubber. Make up a jig to hold it in shape. Better yet, do it slowly in stages over a couple of days or weeks. set it up slightly bent for the first little while. Then a little more a couple of days later with some heat. Then a few days later a little more till the hose takes the shape you want it to without kinking
