I'm looking for things that are small, light and easy to pack. Things like pens, pencils, notepaper, dishcloths, frisbees, etc... These are mostly items to give to kids and people we meet along the way on our travels.

I went to a few dollar stores, but they only seem to carry these items when it's close to Canada day. Walmart was a no go either.
I want to buy them tomorrow (Sunday) in a downtown Toronto shop before my flight out, so no online stuff.

Thanks

theres a nic nac store on bloor west of avenue rd that sells that kind of stuff. lots of RCMP bears and that kind of thing.
or you could pick up at the airport, lots of maple leaf items there.

Do you know if that store is on the north or south side of the street? I'll go check it out tomorrow.
I forgot about the airport selling that stuff, although it might be more expensive than I want to spend.

Thanks for the info.

call ahead maybe and see if its what your looking for.

I found a bunch of canadian flag stuff in a store on the west side of Yonge St., north of Wellesley. It was your typical tourist / discount crap store. Most things were a buck or two.

How about guns and bullets with the canadian flag? Nothing says national pride that has canada flag painted all over the samurai sword.
