Anybody seen it around? I'm looking for the spray bottle thats about a half a litre. Anybody know what it costs nowadays? I haven't bought any since it came out in the '80's. I used it sparingly, hahaha.
 
Snow City has a few of their products on the shelf. I didn't see a price tag.
 
S100 is expensive. Any alternatives? Simple Green?

the guy has had a bottle since the 80's do you think he really cares how much it costs if its going to last 30 years??

if you're looking to remove bugs/gunk Goof Off/Goo Gone in the spray bottle work well, are readily available and cheap.

if you want to be a little more high class try Turtle Wax Bug and Tar Remover, truckers swear by it.

if you want to stay in the moto specific world- Motul E7, but that's most likely only going to be a few bucks cheaper than S100.
 
I usually do fine with Pledge on the plastics and exposed parts. But most of my bike tends to be pretty grimy. If it's nice enough to wash it and I have the time, it's nice enough to use the time better and take it for a ride.
 
Let me clear up when I say I use simple green. I spray it around/on the engine, calipers, and any really grimey hard to reach places (hubs on the dirbike). It's then sprayed off when I hose the bike down before I use a high tech bucket with soap and water.
