i googled for suppliers but came empty handed. My last two stroke gas trimmers stopped working...wouldn't turn over. followed every instruction to start it even if it didn't start....watched youtube videos on how to fix a gummed carberator if it was to be the case. long story short i'll try a propane powered weed trimmer this year. Any input or retail stores that carry this model:

Home Depot, Canadian Tire and Lowes all used to carry a single model of propane powered string trimmer. None of those stores seem to carry it anymore. I think it was a Poulan. They did not have good reviews.

I have tried a 4 stroke Ryobi model. It was heavy and quite gutless compared to a 2 stroke.

I would suggest looking into a cordless electric version unless you have a very large yard.

I've seen them in flyers. Not cheap though
