where to buy crush washers???

I am just wondering were i can buy some crush washers for my drain bolt on my cbr 929, I am heading up to Coboconk this afternoon and am doing an oil change, would Canadian tire or royal distibuting have these? or even princess auto? thanks in advance.

Any Honda dealer should be able to help you.

If the existing crush washer is ok and not leaking, you can just reuse it. Most people do. Or find the part # at ronayers.com and go to the Honda dealership and buy a whole bunch of them (if you want to use a new one with each oil change). That's what I do. They're all of a few pennies each, so cheap to buy in bulk from Honda.

Few pennies? Last time I was buying them they were more like 70 pennies or so .... LOL, if I can remember correctly. Which Honda are you buying them from?

.. +1 .. not to sure about the few pennies part though.

I normally replace the crush washer every third or fourth time dropping the oil.

I bought a handful online when I was getting other parts, but every dealer should have them. I think they are pretty much the same for all bikes, so you should be able to find them at any motorcycle dealership. I'd stay away from Ducati and BMW dealerships though, they may charge you 3x the money for the same thing...

929 Part# is 94109-12000

Same washer as they use on some car applications.

Retail is $0.65 each.

CT has them in copper and nylon.

True.. CT and Parts Source carry them in the oil section near the funnels and oil wrenches.

In a pinch, file a real copper penny flat and drill to suit the bolt. Anneal and install.

Yup CT is where i found them, they are cheap enough to change every oil change imho!
