Where to buy 27mm steering stem stand pin locally?

Buy a cheap deep socket that has a 26ish mm diameter and JB weld it to a smaller pin.
 
I needed a 28mm today for my 2013 ZX6R because it has a new stem size that I didnt have a pin for. I went to my lathe guy and he made this while I waited out of SS for cheap

If anyone needs pins made I can have him make them for you if you can supply the dimensions.
 
I used a socket for my 27mm pin. Found several sockets that had a 27mm OD.

then used the pin that came with the front stand that fit in the socket that fit in the steering stem...not fancy but it worked just fine!
