Where are the cops when you need them?

The article even says what happened, they were called on an emergency. I don't get why he went through all of this had to enlist 9 of his friends to stop 2 guys and then didn't press charges. Also love how the article points out about water being stolen from his car, that's right up there on the valuable list as an ipod.
