thanx , what is the cost ? and what time do we have to be there ?? how does the practice day work , is it three groups like regular track days or is it open track or something ? i
Not sure if you need a race license to participate, but call them and ask. It's also the last SOAR round of the season, so you should stay and watch some great racing. Qualifying races on Saturday, finals on Sunday. The weather looks really promising too!
Racer5 day Thursday is the same as any trackday with groups. The red group is generally full of our riders getting extra practice.
Friday is SOAR practice however we have always done "OnTrack" which was designed for people who are sitting on the fence about racing. You do not need a race license for OnTrack and just track day prep. You ride with our slow/school group and there is passing anywhere. Seeing as the other bikes are quite small if you show that you can keep the pace at a higher level we may bump you into a regular practice group.
If you are a trackday rider that is not comfortable with passing anywhere on the track this isnt for you. However if you are a trackday rider that wants to ride with faster people and maybe lift your skills then this may be for you.
No need to preregister just be at the track in the morning of rain or shine.
