Wheelie then crash in to cop car . . .

I don't feel sorry for him

I don't feel sorry for him

I don't either but I hate cops, and the way that cop reacted...wtf? Why was he trying to grab his face?

Im guessing cuz the dude was about 2 seconds away from disappearing into the distance? I would've ripped the guy off his bike too...

No, he was standing beside his bike with his kickstand down. It's because a cop's instinct is to use force first, and they don't get training on avoiding it.

Considering he smack right into him, I won't say that was over the top

OK, just a thought. You are driving in your cage and a motorcyclist is stunting behind and proceeds to wipe out and rear end your vehicle.

Your reaction to the rider would be???????

Laugh it off and call it a day cause they are a fellow rider?

Make sure they're OK then get their insurance and registration info?

If they were riding and just not paying attention, sure.

If they were showing off their stand up wheelie to the others sharing the road, not so much.

Meh, that's just me.

If I beat the **** out of a fellow rider for wheeling into my car I'm 99% sure I would end up with a law suit down my throat if the rider had any brains. Cops should not be above the law. They are human, they have a brain, they need to stop power tripping.

There's a lot of stereotyping in here. Not all cops are power tripping ego maniacs just like not all sport bike riders are speed freaks in traffic everywhere they go. Give them a break sometimes. You'd be surprised what a cop deals with on a daily basis. I don't know how they handle some of it without snapping. Depending on the person, most would lose it if some idiot rear ended them because they were being a complete moron on the street.

Good for this cop in displaying the amount of restraint that he did.

It's all good, the guy's buddies kept on going instead of pulling over because it was obvious their buddy was in good hands.

I would have kept going too. Rule is, one that's getting stopped stops, the rest keep going and meet up down the road.

I don't get all the hate for the cop. This guy wheelied into the back of his cruiser and then was most likely going to try and get away.
