I just got the tail end of it on the news last night but they're talking about reduced medical benefits with likely no reduced premiums. It seems to be a trial balloon and Dalton wants public input.
Here's mine:
1) Give the cops quotas for catching the scammers.
2) Show the civil servants movies of what it's like to work in "Right to work" states or third world countries. Fire them if they don't up their pace.
3) Advise the investment community that the calf doesn't get any fatter.
