The area our hypothetical M1 rider lives in has a parkway running north/south that has a limit of 90km/hr and so it's legally verboten. But, hypothetically speaking, suppose our M1 rider was found on that road: What would he be looking at? Loss of licence? Fine? Stern talking-to? High-five and an "atta boy" from a sympathetic constabulary?
