Just bought a 82 katana 1100. It has a Busa Swingarm with extensions. Also has a R1 Monoshock and I want to sell them and go back to a more stock look. Any idea what a price I should put on these?
 
Do you have the parts to go back to stock? Was the frame modified? Might not be so easy to go back to stock ... Does the bike work OK as is?
 
I have the stock swingarm which I will modify so I can put a 180 in the back and the frame has not been modified. It will have a GSXR front as well and then everything else will be stock. Engine only has 22k. The bike is in pcs and i need to put it together.
 
I have a bandit 1200 swingarm modded for twin shock, and somewhere I have the adapters to fit it to a GS1100 frame (with matching wheel spacers so chain lines up). I might be interested in trading you for your swingarm/wheel setup. Pm me? Also have a few yoshimura exhausts to fit the GS1100, might fit your katana.
 
After market add ons are a lot like beauty, the value is in the eye of the beholder.
Case in point. The previous owner thought they were cool. You do not.
You may get lucky and find someone with a similar bike who likes them. But finding that person.
To make a long story short, what is the value of used parts.
What you can get for them.
