what would you pay? value of bike: 2007 m109 SE blue/white 20xxxkm mods

I have bought and sold my fair share of bikes, none have been cruisers.

based off my research on kijiji id say this bike is worth 12 grand.

does this sound about right?

2007 m019 Limited Edition - blue with white stripe
power commander
crazy pipes (no idea what they are)
solo seat and passenger
stainless lines
only 20xxx km
2nd owner
absolute mint

trying to help a friend sell, since his insurance company went for $600/yr to 3800/yr!!

$10000 not a penny more go look on kijiji and do an Ontario search actually 9 and change is all they would get from me.Mods mean nothing as far as value on a used bike.
