and the need for quietness, that's great to sneak up on whatever bad guys, except that with nothing to hide behind on the arctic tundra, they can still be seen!

Sounds like a make work program for some Politician's cronies.

We have much larger issues facing us yet we are working on stealth snow mobiles for the Artic.
Redirect those funds to make better scanning equipment to find the illegal guns and drugs coming across the borders.

Considering that 620K could have been spent to buy 60 snowmobiles to replace the vintage stuff the army is riding on... well, even if they bought 30-40 specially equipped ones... Very good decisions, my applause. :bounce:
