How are you arriving at this figure?
Shop around and call dealerships, even better if you can go there in person, show's you're more serious about purchasing.
As for online, most dealers post the MSRP online (i.e. GP Bikes C$21,745.00 +taxes, etc)
As with all things in life, you can try and negotiate and see what you can do.
