What is this race school?

Hey,

My friend wants to drive a stock car and since stock cars are American and only turn left. (hahaha) I want to get them to try bikes. I found a place where they give you a CBR125, the gear you need, teach you and do a race with your class. (to my understanding)

What place is this?
