What do you think is a fair price for a 2007 honda CRF250

I am looking to sell my 2007 CRF250 as I rarely use it and I was wondering what people think a fair price would be for the bike. It is all stock other than new chain and tires.
 
Before opening the thread I thought "Please specify mileage, please specify mileage" Doh!!

Being a motocross bike I am unable to tell the mileage but I would say that it would have around 40 hours on it maybe.
