Hello, My bike has almost 18k on it. Should I go for a tune up? has anyone done one before? if you've done it, what does it involve and possibly cost?

Check your manual. For me it's just checking it over. No replacing.
Daniel cleaned my throttle bodies, installed new BMC race air filter, new plugs, and some other stuff and DAMN does it run sweet now!!! Pulls so hard, wheelies so easy, idles so smooth, GETS GREAT MILEAGE!
