What backpacks are you guys sporting on your sportbikes?

Is there a specific preference to them or any will do? I can't do my shoulder bag over my neck and across chest anymore - just inconvenient

Ducati bag by Tumi

Holds a helmet as well. Not cheap but good quality.

Nice, I like that. I didn't even know backpacks could hold helmets. How's the comfort and space inside?

Plenty of pockets and space. Never used it to hold a helmet, always had a lock on every bike I've owned.

Most motorcycle specific backpacks will have a strap that goes across your chest and stomach area, this will help when windy/hi speed etc etc

This since last season. Its great but its not the most roomie bag and since it has a hard shell, you have to really organize whatever you put in it.

I have an Alpinestars Tech Aero, but don't use it very much for the bike. That said, I always have my tailbag on (Ogio Stealth) and sometimes my tank bag (Givi XS307 Tanklock) when needed.

Won an Ogio Street laptop backpack in 2009, been using it almost daily ever since. Great on the bike. It's really compact when nearly empty.

I would've never spent that kind of money on a backpack before, but I will when it's time to replace it.

Kriega R20 and R25. No real inner compartments to speak of. This is annoying sometimes and a boon at others.

I have an ICON Squad II and Ive removed the crazy arm wraps.

I figure that it brings an aspect of high vis/reflective protection, can expand to carry a helmet, has a laptop compartment, is durable as hell. Its been great. Very well built.

I just picked up the Kriega R25 yesterday. Until then I've been using a MEC purchased backpack, Deuter (sp.) I think. I sold my bike and the new one has no storage at all so I wanted a waterproof pack. My old backpack was awesome except for that and the 25 or so straps that worked the ends loose and ended up whipping me in the neck!

The Kriega fits really really well, has three compartments and looks snazzy!

I plan to order the US10 and US20 and use them like tail packs soon for touring and the smaller one for when I don't want the backpack.

ogio no drag mach 5. carries all my daily stuff. extra visor, jeans, shirt, water bottle, ipad, cologne and my nikes. also has a fanny pack that can hold my wallet, insurance and iphone. strapped to my hips, easy to get to.
