Watching MotoGP run in the rain the they talk about a riders rain light being switched on. What are these indicating? They have no brake lights correct?
at 275+ km/h your bike will cause a ton of spray and mist in the air during a wet race. The red light is simply to help the other racers get a better view of the rider in front....
You may as well say, why bother with brake lights during the day, when you're driving around the city? You should be able to see no problem, right?
