The cop: "If you can't beat 'em..."
Had the cop been working for TPS, he would have ticketed the rider for riding on the sidewalk.. If the rider refused to get up on the sidewalk, he would have ticketed him for disobeying his instructions
You know you've been living in the GTA long enough when....
Cause they want any and all info they can get from you since they're used to us running.

Rider hopped up on the sidewalk without hesitation.
if that was Toronto and a cop had a moment of weakness like that, some A**hole in a car would probably report him for allowing a bike to bypass traffic by riding on the side walk while leaving them stuck in the traffic.
