These guys are hilarious nuts. Toronto is one of several cities for the global launch on Jan 30 for Blackberry 10.

Sounds like there are going to be some good times going on in Downtown Toronto soon.

I am so sick of Crackberry; the lame forum for people who can't get tech support from RIM who band and huddle together in the technological cold and feverishly pet their soiled bbs for emotional warmth like hobos over a oil drum fire under the freeway of technology.

As much as Apple get under my skin, you know what?.....amazing customer service and support! There aint no crabApple site for bitter confused Apple customers trying to help each other out. And it aint no hackers delight techno geek root fest like an Android support group / forum. I expect that from open source software.

But Crackberry just come across as rank amateurs these days, desperately trying to be approved or given a RIM job (yeah the pun was deliberate. It's been a while - it had to be used) or something! Who are they even? And totally unhelpful or useless for those 3 years I was shackled to my BB.

I'm looking forward to BB10 failing.

Maybe, maybe not. But with one of many positive reviews, like this one, from tech blogs, looks to me like they have a good shot.
they'll give Windows phone a run for the money fo shure.

BlackBerry 10
BlackBerry 10 wasn’t formally a part of CES this year, but RIM was in town anyway, showing off the latest, near final version of BlackBerry 10, which launches on January 30. What we saw was impressive. BB 10 doesn’t completely reinvent the wheel, but it combines a lot of winning interface ideas from WebOS, Android, and iOS. In our short time with the device, we were impressed by how well its universal inbox managed everything from email to social notifications, how easy it was to manage open apps, and how well the entire interface flowed together. Like Ubuntu and Firefox OS, BB 10 plans to challenge the duopoly of Android and iPhone. With an interface that’s more appealing than Windows Phone, we think it has a chance. Read our full BlackBerry 10 hands on.

ummm.. here you go.. http://www.imore.com <-- that would be the apple equivalent to crackberry.com, which according to you doesn't exist.. it's also owned by the same company.

Hater's gonna hate..

For someone who finds Blackberry so irrelevant and doomed to fail, awyala sure seems to spend a lot of his time commenting in EVERY single blackberry related thread that shows up..

Seem's RIM matter's more to him then he cares to admit..

He's just a closet fanboy.

Not that i give two ***** either way, but Awyala seems to refresh GTAM looking for ANY mention of blackberry so he can **** on it....whatsamata? Blackberry still your g/f?

They do matter and should matter. The shame is that they may cease to matter, and then even the haters or frustrated lovers won't waste their time commenting.

Since G&M's new paywall and RIM's radio silence, you lot are filling the void.

This is true, but as each day passes by, and more info trickles in, it really appears that the new management is doing everything right.

Every carrier in Canada from biggie Rogers to little Virgin mobile, The big 4 carriers in the US, And over 150+ carriers worldwide will carry this device. They've seen it, they've tested it, they've played with it. They like what they see and feels it has potential.

Now the tech reviews are trickling in, and overwhelmingly positive.

This can only be a good thing. Competition is a great thing. Thanks to Apple and Google, RIM got their *** kicked. Now its time to put up or shut up.

Only thing left is for the market to decide RIMs fate now.

Forget RIM, here is your new whipping boy for 2013......

Absolutely. Nobody is here to claim RIM hasn't had failures..but to judge them on such past failures when they are launching a brand new plaform which as they've said before "doesn't have a single line of code in common" with the old platform is where the haters gonna hate part comes in. If the new software sucks when it launches in 15 days.. then it is what it is. BUT if it's the best thing since sliced bread.. I just hope people a acknowledge it for what it is and don't dismiss it based on past biases..

This review warmed my heart a little.. it's unbiased.. from a non Blackberry user.. he starts off saying how he didn't like it to begin with, actually took the time to play with and now he wants one!

That's all I ask for.. give it a fair shake, and call a spade a spade.. if it sucks fine, it's its great then just man up and admit it! But either way don't do either until you've given it a fair test drive.

Your understanding and common sense have no business here.
