I am looking to buy either a Kawasaki Ninja 650R or a naked Suzuki SV650 (not the S model), that fit the following criteria:
- $4000 or less
- 20,000km or less
- clean UVIP (used vehicle information package... only costs $20)
- certified (still valid, or done with last few months)
- never dropped/laid down (very minor cosmetics scuffs from a stopped laydown might be ok, depending on severity, and location)
- no bikes that have been raced or stunted on please
