My Nephew was in big big trouble...g2 ...got 135 in 60 zone on his van overtaking a friend on motorcycle...they could not catch the motorcycle but got got him well...to add to the situation, he had one speeding ticket (+20km) before this...and to Top it all it was in Caledon.
We contacted Mr. Walia...just got the news yesterday...got it reduced...no license suspension...just wanted to share a good service provided...

All that happened his van was impounded on the spot, license suspended for 7 days etc but we were scared of the judge being strict and him being sent behind bars on the hearing. After all he just got his license Jan 2011 and the young blood in him is still on a boil. There were lots of chances of him getting a strict verdict since he was 75+, racing and a young blood. There was a chance of license suspension for longer period taking in account his age and experience and an existing speeding ticket.
But Walia Ticket got the fine and points to a level we could digest well.

Usually "He got my ticket reduced" is not a plug, it's a (valid) complaint, but under these circumstances it looks like he did well. Kids have to be extra careful these days. They can't have the fun that we used to have without risking jail time and serious financial repercussions.
