Been licensed for 34 years now. Rode most of the Honda Nighthawk lineup during that time. In 2013 I came across an ad for a 3 year old Harley XR1200 for sale with no mileage and fell in love with it. In the shed at the time, had an all original 84 750 Nighthawk S and an 82 CB900F I had restored to showroom original. After a year on the XR I sold the Honda's. The XR was my daily ride to work the last year and likely going forward since moving too far to stay in my old carpool, it goes to Banff and back every summer and has been to Tail of the Dragon, to the top of Pikes Peak and many places in between. On my road trips I tent in campgrounds. Thought it was time to join an Ontario forum to keep an ear to the ground on what is going on in my neck of the woods in the motorcycle world. Oh ya, grew up in Oshawa, currently based in London.
