The 77 cents to a dollar wage gap is a complete myth. I remember the Wall Street Journal debunked it a few years ago and here is an entertaining video to explain this buzzword feminists throw around on a daily basis!

Same here. Also i dont know of any women working hard construction jobs, plumbing, road work in minus 20.

And yes, i work at an office and many of our top people are women (and they are good at what they do as well) and make same money as their equal male co workers as they should.

This wage gap is a buzzword as i said they throw around to keep gaining more and more over men.
