Interesting! BUT

"In 1995, the race featured coverage on TSN and RDS, which maybe wasn’t the best idea for an iffy layout that most fans knew little about."

This raises so many questions. To be honest, there is a lot I don't know about motorcycle road-racing, especially North America, and especially the politics. But how did we go from a sports network willing to cover an ad hoc road race all the way out there, to almost no coverage of any kind
