Hey guy's,
I was just looking at the VIN on the frame for my Triumph and for that matter every other bike that I've owned and seen that one would read it from the top to the bottom, (bottom of the letters facing to the rear of bike). I had a ZX-9R for a short while and actually never looked at the vin on it, but recently I've seen a few other Kawi's that the vin reads from the bottom up. Basically, the bottom of the letters are facing toward the front of the bike.
Is this something that Kawi has always done? Im just asking this as I went to look at a '09 ZX-10R and thats how it was on that bike and the owner even showed me the service manual and it shows it that way in there too.
Does anyone on here have a '08-09-10, ZX-10R that they can look at and tell me what theirs looks like, or even post a pic showing the first and last number/letters and their orientation, with the rest blocked out if need be.
This just seemed odd to me and wanted to make sure its legit
