VFR damage around foot peg near rear brake

I had some damage done to my VFR around the foot peg and rear brakes. Rear brake is gone out of shape and gone stuck under the body, is always pressed and brake lights are on. I want this repaired really quickly before the long weekend. Any suggestions about the body shop/guy who can fix this? prefer someone who can pickup the bike in their trailer and repair it. live in north york

Obtaining parts might be your biggest issue. Do you know what parts you need? Have you tried to find the parts?
There are a few good shops around, some advertise here and/or are active in the forums.

It seems that nothing is damaged as such but rear brakes is slightly bend. As long as we can move the rear brakes out it should be fine but i would like to make sure not compromising on the safety and not damaging other parts.

If you are referring to the rear brake lever, remove it, bend it straight in a vice and re-install it.
