Actually I tried Firedupx contact info before trying Velocity Sportsgear contact info. Never heard back from Firedupx side either. Now is the prime season for heated gears...

Jimmy reached out to the community last year in an effort to help his brand grow. They did not reach the required financing amount and last I heard he was taking some time to regroup. I certainly hope he hasn't given up as I use his heated vest and gloves, both are awesome.
