Velocity Racing Review - From a Customer Relations Specialist

I would like to first describe myself and my relation to the field that Jimmy, Velocity Racing CEO, is in. My current position is an Operations Specialist and I deal with logistics, customer service, and facility advancement. My schooling consists of 6 years of law, business, and sociology.

With all my years in customer service and learning about customer relations, I can tell you that Jimmy is one of the best. He provides Toronto customers with great deals and great customer service. I have personally witnessed and heard some of the most obscured requests and escalated customers at Velocity’s headquarters. Jimmy has dealt with these customer’s requests and demands with great pleasure. I came to Velocity, with my fiancée, to purchase a suit. Jimmy was easy to talk too and a great teacher of his products.

In regards to my suit and my fiancee’s suit, Velocity racing made a great product. I have ridden numerous times with this suit, and the fit is extraordinary. The armor and the suit speak for itself. If anyone needs any clarification to its details, just give him a call or visit the store. The store itself has many products that are great and well made.

My fiancee’ and I gained a new friend after our experience with Velocity’s custom suit group buy. We will surely be back to Velocity for not only the products, but to catch up with another buddy.
 
Nice review . I think I will pay Jimmy a visit and support our Canadian Stores . Wish he had another group buy.
Wondering if he does custom art/embroidery on the suits like skulls etc..

Thanks Mike. You and Maria have been amazing to deal with as well. Having been a Senior Sales Manager in a Large corporation (comfy 6 figure salary) and to give that up to start my own company was met with a lot of "why's". I actually enjoy dealing with people and don't want people to feel like their walking into a retail store but meeting up with a friend. The experience should be like buying a product from a friend. Yes we did not making huge profits the first year but you can't put a price on the satisfaction you get running your own business. The goal is to grow the business and prices will go up but like I have always said GTA is my home base and you people will always get the most amazing deals. I have the entire U.S. market to get rich from. :)
