I have to drive out to the Haliburton area tomorrow. I have two choices: hwy 400-hwy11-hwy 118. Or hwy 35 all the way up. I'm driving a front wheel drive car with winter tires and need to be there by 11am. I plan on leaving around 7:30ish from Richmond Hill. Any advice from members here on which will be the easier/safer route given that it's supposed to be snowing all the way through?
