Trying to post pic. but a message keeps coming up that I'm over my quota etc.

Kept having the same issue. Deleted and reinstalled the app and it's fixed. Or try using imgur or Photobucket.

Go to your profile page ......click on your notifications inbox...... scroll to bottom on your profile settings.....and click on the attachments.....then dump all your previous attachments and you should be good to go.
