Unable to change line when pressing "enter"

Hey guys, every time I press "enter" to change to a new line nothing happens, I'm being forced to write everything in one line, anyway around this silly bug, just like this sentence all in one line, Thank you, Carlos

Maybe try numpad enter? or "on screen keyboard" (windows) start>run>osk.exe
 
yup.. allow scripts for this forum... your software is blocking scripts,, could be your OS.. or like me, I use "noscript" and I
have
to
turn
it
off.. and allow scripts
 
I'm having same issue on my computer at work: Windows 7, IE 10. Any idea on what settings I may need to change (if I even can) to fix this?
 
I have the issue with IE 10 at work but on the same computer no issue with Firefox or Chrome (or on my iPad or Blackberry.)
