Uhhh Vacuum lines, fuel tank?

On your fuel tank, there are 2 vacuum lines. Are they both supposed to be plugged into the tank?

I was ripping apart my bike getting ready to change my spark plugs. Wen I lifted up my tank and took a peak at what I was supposed to unplug. I noticed that 1 of the vacuum lines were already unplugged.

Im not sure if it was meant to be like that, or did I once take apart my bike and forgot to plug it in and therefore it was left unplugged till this day?

Bike is a 2007 R6 btw.

Suppose to be plugged in but they'll do more damage if they're kinked and don't allow the tank to vent properly. Just plug it back in and make sure when you set the tank down they're not pinched.

There's a big difference between vacuum lines and vent tubes, you'll want to make sure everything is connected to where it is supposed to be.

Well as its a 2007 R6 which is FI so they're vents.

My bikes don't have the lines hooked up as the tank is never full so the very small amount that would come out can land on the engine/airbox.

OP the lines will just direct the fuel down to your bellypan area so any overflow from around your gas cap will not be spilled under the tank.
