Great experience with Tyler at Twowheel.
I sent him over 10 PMs requesting pricing on different parts, his responses were always quick.
Most importantly, his pricing are comparable to US pricing.
His customer service is great and gave me no attitude even though I only purchased a Xena disc lock from him after inquiring many other items.
Would definitely buy things from him again!

I'd agree with the things here. He gave me great prices on a range of helmets, and I ended up getting a HJC RPHA-10 from him. PMs were responded to quickly.

I had never been to the shop at all before, and the shop itself looks to be pretty nice. I'll deal with them again soon.

So far so good with Tyler!

Gets me what i want for the price I think is fair after checking online.

Biggest bonus, is it is just down the street from me.

TwoWheel is good for parts.....that's it.
I've dealt with their service department on 2 separate occasions and they were beyond horrible! Never again.
A friend just finished dealing with them for the purchase of a used bike. Even though the bike was sold 'certified', it wasn't even close to safe! Speedometer wasn't working, front brakes were worn right down and the throttle was sticking. My friend was much nicer about it than I would have been. He's taken the bike back to them twice to fix things that should have been done in order for it to be certified....

Yep, same with me. I've gotten lots of prices from Tyler and they are the cheapest I can find anywhere -- in many cases even cheaper than the US retailers and I don't need to bother with shipping or duty.

Do they have a website someone can link me to?

Thanks for the quote Tyler. FYI guys his price I got quoted is quite comparable to US a after considering exchange rate & you'd have to cross the boarder to PU or pay crazy shipping across the boarder

Tyler has been great. Got a bunch of Icon Armour recently from him. My co-worker just picked up a nice Shoei thanks to Tyler.

Not a fan of Two Wheel for anything other than parts.
That is all.

My co-worker just bought a Ninja 300 from them. Time will tell how his service experience is. Thing is, I started going there because of Tyler, co-worker bought gear from Tyler. Ended up netting Two Wheel a new bike purchase. Now it is up to Two Wheel to earn the next bike from myself or my co-worker. If his experiences are good then I may well get my next bike from them since they are pretty much the only dealer in Guelph (of course lots of options once you include Cambridge and Kitchener). If I decide to get a new CB 1100 one day then Two Wheel cannot do squat for me since they do not sell Honda.

I agree they need to earn their keep and it's good to have a local shop: Guelph's not got much around it. THey've got a great selection of kit and good parts desk but I hate their sales floor and haven't heard much positive out of their service.

I picked up a DRZ400SM long ago from Windsor instead of 2Wheel. 2Wheel wouldn't negotiate on price nor the fact that they slapped 2WHeel stickers all over the DRZ... And the shop in Windsor gave me a better price, a free oil change and delivered the bike to me in Cambridge for $50 to save me driving to Windsor for it. Their loss. After their lack of desire to sell the bike (I buy wish cash in-hand and on the spot if I want it): I just don't have the desire to shop there for another bike.
My current main ride I just picked up from Hamilton.

This is where I'm getting my tires from this week. Tyler was more than helpful with explaining things to me. It's nice to have a place to call with someone experienced who actually knows what they're talking about. That said, Ray that works on the parts desk is also one of the most intelligent bike guys I've ever known (friends with his sons for almost 30 years) Never heard a positive about their service and sales is sales.... but these guys are great and their pricing is very competitive.
