How is this trumps fault? USA almost never extradites citizens, yet alone a stupid cia agent that doesn't know which side of the road to drive on in the country she's stationed in. He atleast tried to compensate the family. Why hasn't Biden sent the agent back to England for trial?

This is not what "diplomatic immunity" is for.
Traditionally in a case like this the perpetrator would be tried in their home country, using the home country's law. if the lady was a Canadian, she could run home, where she would be charged and prosecuted for, IDK, crim neg occasioning death and get to spend some relaxing time in a Canadian prison.

Saying it happens all the time is a bit disingenuous. Diplomatic immunity is that, immunity. If the foreign government doesn’t waive it they are free to leave.
I agree, this is not what it’s for though.
The CIA has an office in the UK. Assuming that someone that works there is a spy is laughable. Someone has to answer the phone or analyze data. Pretty sure you don't have to have spy on your resume to get the job.

Countries generally cooperate on these things, the bad guy gets expelled and faces trial in his home country. Here's a Canada - Russia example.

It wouldn't matter what president was in charge, the outcome would likely have been the same.
Perhaps not, but it takes a special person to try and surprise grieving parents with their kid's killer. More suitable for Jerry Springer than international diplomacy.

If you owned a rental property for say, 30 years, and things were going pretty well for the most part with some bumps in the road, and then the last tenant who lived there for 4 years before being kicked out wrecked the place and made horrible enemies of all the neighbours through no fault of your own, would you blame the tenants who lived there for the previous 26 years, or the one who lived there for the last 4?

Trump didn’t do a crappy job nor did he make enemies around the world.
What he did do was make enemies with the media. That is what sunk his ship
